* Sweeping changes have come to the progression of gear at levels 45+. See ITEMIZATION ADJUSTMENTS, below, for details.
* No matter who you are, you now have twice as many Expert Dungeons to play in! The two tiers of Expert Dungeon difficulty have been combined into one.
* The new Soul Preset system is now available for use by all players, old and new. Check out USING A PRESET BUILD for info on how you can use the new, optional Purposes to try out new specs.
* Playing RIFT with that special someone? Maybe you’d like to propose at the top of the Stonefield waterfall? IN-GAME WEDDINGS are now available for Ascended.
* A new Chronicle appears! Grab a friend and disguise yourself as Endless Cultists to infiltrate and sabotage Alsbeth’s plans within the River of Souls!
* The Master Mode of Caduceus Rise is now available for the conquering!
* A sixth role is now available for purchase!

More work in Hammerknell. This time we switched gears and went a different direction after Murdantix. Working through trash to get to Matron Zamira. It took very little work for us to get the strategy down by our third attempt we had her laying on the floor.

After working out our coordination on tasks for this fight, Soulrender Zilas is down. We changed some tactics this week that allowed us an easier time for this boss and it payed off in spades. Congratulations to all those that attended the downing of this boss.

Double Kill

Its been an awesome raid week for Pak. Not only did we clear all of Greenscale on our Thursday raid last week, but we also cleared all but two bosses in River of Souls. Monday we went back into River of Souls to work on our last two bosses. The result? What? You cant see the epic doublekill screenshots below? We brought the Herald and Alsbeth’s reign to an end. With these two down, all our pre-Hammerknell content is completed. Great work everyone!

Blood, sweat, tears (and a bit of cursing) have finally paid off for us. Lord Greenscale has fallen at the hands of Pak’Cafan. This marks our first completed 20 man raid instance. Congratulations to Xianth for getting our first guild artifact as well, Verdant Archbow. And, congratulations to all participating Pak members for your hard work.

After a number of grueling attempts to down Plutonus the big guy has fallen. This leaves us with two bosses left inside River of Souls, Herald Gaurath and Alsbeth herself. Time to get back to work.
